Toyota defines a joy-stick drive

May be, the time has come to bid farewell to steering. Toyota, world’s leading automobile manufacturer has come up with a new technological adventure that is likely to dictate the terms in future automobile market. Toyota has unveiled the latest joystick drive for cars which do not require a steering for driving.
A pair of joysticks takes the place of steering where one of those joysticks can be used to control the direction of vehicle. This invention can be considered as a technological adventure by Toyota, as the joysticks are good enough to control all accessories including breaking, acceleration and steering. This helps the driver with much more leg space and comfort ability. Having said that, the company has only unveiled the prototype version, and it is not sure when they are going to implement it on roads. As such, as of today it remains an interesting concept that’s yet to materialize and be part of our daily lives.
